Tagging and a bug fix

Slowing inching forward, I've just rolled out a release that fixes the bug with the cancel links pointing to the form page if there were validation errors. It now does the correct thing.

I've also added preliminary support for tagging items. You can't actually do much with them yet, but I am planning a nice 'spend cloud' visualization/navigation tool for the Dashboard. So stay tuned.

I will be working on a few things this week and hope to have them finished for release soon (next weekend is the goal).
